In Your Bag
- Tofu
- Jasmine Rice
- Soy Sauce
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Cornstarch
- Garlic
- Chilli Flakes

- Vegetable/Olive Oil (2.5 tbsp.)
- Brown Sugar (15 gms.)

- Pan
- Mixing Bowls
- Cooker

Instructions

Prepare Your Ingredients
- Dice Tofu into medium size cubes.
- Fine chop chives.

Marinate Tofu
- Place the tofu cubes in a bowl or shallow dish.
- Add 1/3rd Soy sauce and 1/3rd Apple Cider vinegar , mix well and rest for 5-7 mins.
- Drain the tofu and keep aside. Discard the marinade.
- Coat tofu with cornstarch (keep 1 tbsp for sauce) and set aside .

Cook Rice
- Cook rice as usual.

Cook Tofu cubes
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add Tofu cubes and cook tofu until all sides are golden brown.
- Remove the tofu from the skillet and set aside.

Prepare sauce mix
- In a mixing bowl , add remaining soy sauce , apple cider vinegar , water , sugar , cornstarch and chilli flakes.
- Mix well until lumps are removed and sugar is dissolved .

Bring it together
- Add the garlic to the skillet (add more oil if needed) and cook over medium-high heat for about 1-2 minutes,stirring frequently until golden brown.
- Add sauce mix to the skillet and cook over medium-high heat until it thickens , stir frequently.
- Add tofu cubes, stir and cook for 1-2 more minutes.

Serve hot!
- Serve on top rice and garnish with sesame and chives . Enjoy.
