Instructions

Prepare Your Ingredients
- Wash lemon with hot water, dab dry and cut in half. Squeeze the juice of one half & cut the other half into slices.
- Rinse chicken breast fillets under cold water, dab dry.
- Chop onion, garlic and cut the asparagus into pieces about 1-1.5 long.

Season & Sear Chicken Breast
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and space mix over chicken and coat well.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat in it at medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until brown.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.

Cook veggies
- Add butter to the same pan. Add onion and cook until golden brown.
- Add chopped Asparagus and garlic. Fry for 2-3 minutes ate medium heat.
- Add heavy cream and bring to boil.

Bring it Together
- Add seared chicken breast and simmer for few minutes until chicken is cooked properly and tender.
- Add lemon juice and lemon wedges. Cook for another minute.

Serve Hot
- Garnish with Parsley and serve hot!
