Instructions

    Prepare Your Ingredients

    • Chop onion, garlic and kale.
    • Skin potato and cut to about 1/4-inch slices.

    Prepare chicken broth

    • Set a sauce pan on medium high flame. Pour 200ml water per serving and put in the stock cube or mix.
    • Simmer for about 5 – 10 mins. Give it a stir every now and then till the broth comes to a good boil. Set aside.

    Cook meat

    • Cook and crumble the bacon. Set aside on a plate lined with a paper towel. Cook the sausage and set aside.

    Saute veggies

    • In the same pan add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
    • Add chicken stock and diced potatoes and cook until potato is tender (8-10 mins).
  • 5

    Bring it Together

    • Once potato is tender, add chopped kale leaves and cooked sausage and cook for another 2-3 mins.
    • Add milk cream and bring to boil.
    • Sprinkle with desired amount of salt & pepper, add spice mix and boil until desired consistency is reached.

    Serve Hot

    • Pour the soup into soup bowls and serve hot!
