Delivery & Shipping Policy
Availability
We try our best to maintain accurate inventory on our platform. There may be situations when the product is ordered or a sub-component is not in stock due to which we cannot fulfill your order in the stipulated time. In instances like these, we will give you an intimation of the same (via Email/Phone/WhatsApp/SMS) and check whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer a refund to be processed.
Shipping & Delivery Cost
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination of the items in the order. The final cost at the time of checkout is inclusive of shipping.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
In general, deliveries are completed within the designated time slot chosen by the user. We are currently servicing orders with 12-24 hours lead time. Orders placed before 8 pm on a particular day can be serviced the next day.
Our delivery happens in 2 slots: 9 am – 1 pm and 4 pm – 8 pm. Customers can choose their preferred delivery slots at the time of checkout.
Kitchen Timings: Operational from Monday to Sunday during standard business hours 10 am to 7 pm, except on national holidays at which time the kitchen will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure delivery delays are kept to a minimum.
Change of Delivery Address and Timings
Requests for change of delivery address/timing will be taken on a case-to-case basis and will only be entertained before order dispatch as per delivery slot. Please note that if the km difference is significant, an additional shipping fee may be levied.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time exceeds the time slot selected, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. Since we use third-party delivery partners some of these delays might be beyond our control although we try to minimize these delays as much as possible.
Damage/Spillage
Please visit our contact us page to raise the incident if delivered goods are spilled or damaged. If the parcel has been left unattended and you are unsure of its sanitation or delivery condition, please contact us immediately for the next steps.
