What are the days and locations where you deliver?
We currently serve all area in Gurgaon and deliver seven days a week. We will shortly be extending to the area immediately adjacent to Delhi NCR, and the rollout should take place during the next six months.

Currently, we offer next-day deliveries. Customers can place orders on our website whenever they like, with the option to do so up to 10 days in advance. You can choose between our two delivery windows, which are 9AM–1PM or 4PM–8PM. Select the preferred delivery slot and date at checkout.

Does the Cash on Delivery option exist?
No, we don’t accept cash for deliveries right now. All orders must be paid for in advance. If there are any damages, leaks, or missing ingredients, send a picture to support@adeli.in and we’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked.
