Meal Kits once purchased cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless in the following circumstances:

Missing Products

In case of missing items, we will ensure the missing product(s) are delivered to the customer within 24 hours of intimation. Customers are requested to intimate us through an email at within 2 hours of receiving the product. To complete your return, we require a photograph documenting the condition of the items received.

adeli is liable to deliver the missing product(s) within 24 hours of the first intimation. In the rare circumstance that this timeline is not met, the customer is eligible for a 100% refund or credit as deemed fit.

Wrong Product / Unfit to Use

In the rare case that you received a food product that has gone bad or is not in a condition to be consumed or used, customers are requested to contact us at within 2 hours of receiving the package with details about the package condition and other specifics.

At adeli, we prioritize your health over anything else and have a zero-tolerance policy toward food gone bad. We will arrange a pickup so we can inspect the product and offer you either a 100% refund or a replacement as per your choice.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the items must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, or damaged or missing items for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 24 hours after delivery.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the incorrect item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
