Instructions

Prepare Your Ingredients
- Fine chop ginger, garlic and scallions.
- Pat dry chicken wings, In a mixing bowl, toss chicken wings with oil, salt, and pepper. Keep aside.

Bake Chicken Wings
- In a Preheated microwave, place wings on wire rack and cook until crispy and golden.

Prepare Sauce
- In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, sriracha, garlic and ginger. Bring to a simmer until the flavors meld and the sauce reduces slightly, about 5-7 minutes.

Bring it Together
- Transfer baked wings to a mixing bowl and toss with sauce. Return to Microwave and bake until caramelized, 2-3 minutes.

Garnish and Serve
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot!
