    Prepare Your Ingredients

    • Wash lemon with hot water, dab dry and cut in half. Squeeze the juice of one half & cut the other half into slices.
    • Rinse chicken breast fillets under cold water, dab dry.
    • Chop onion, garlic and cut the asparagus into pieces about 1-1.5 long.

    Season & Sear Chicken Breast

    • Sprinkle salt, pepper, and space mix over chicken and coat well.
    • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat in it at medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until brown.
    • Remove the chicken and set aside.

    Cook veggies

    • Add butter to the same pan. Add onion and cook until golden brown.
    • Add chopped Asparagus and garlic. Fry for 2-3 minutes ate medium heat.
    • Add heavy cream and bring to boil.

    Bring it Together

    • Add seared chicken breast and simmer for few minutes until chicken is cooked properly and tender.
    • Add lemon juice and lemon wedges. Cook for another minute.

    Serve Hot

    • Garnish with Parsley and serve hot!
